Tane is a consumable in-app purchase inside the iPhone app. You pay the App Store.
Returns
After listening starts, a wrong classroom is not a reason for ZuruNote to return tane. You cannot return it for a change of mind.
Tane is returned when a note cannot be made, and when a sharing stop hides the lecture. Money paid to Apple follows Apple's refund process.

You pay the tax-inclusive price the App Store shows. The yen amounts above are a guide. ZuruNote charges nothing beyond the tane price. You pay your own network charges. There is no shipping fee.
Payment
The price is paid in advance, when you submit the purchase. The method is the one you use on the App Store.
When tane is added
After the purchase notice is confirmed, tane is added to the balance without delay. There is no limited offer period.
Device
iPhone on iOS 26 or later, with a network connection.
Other conditions
People under 16 cannot use the app. If you are 16 or 17, the App Store parental controls apply. Tane is not sold outside the app. It is not a subscription, and it is not cash.
If a note cannot be made, tane for that visit is returned.
